Step-by-Step Instructions to Deploy Your Google Form

1. Open Google Forms: Visit forms.google.com and sign in with your Gmail account.
2. Create a New Form: Click on the Blank (+) button to start a fresh project.
3. Copy the Layout: Use the document blueprint below to fill out your Form Title, Description, and Question fields. Select the corresponding question types (Short Answer, Multiple Choice, etc.) as detailed in the doc.
4. Send via Gmail:
   • Click the Send button at the top right corner of your Google Forms screen.
   • In the “To” field, type your contacts' Gmail addresses.
   • Check the box that says “Include form in email” so your friends can fill it out directly from their inbox.
   • Click Send.
