∴ n(S) = 36

Let R: Sum of the numbers on two is a prime number.
∴ R = {(1, 1), (1, 2), (1, 4), (1, 6), (2, 1), (2, 3), (2, 5), (3, 2), (3, 4), (4, 1), (4, 3), (5, 2), (5, 6), (6, 1), (6, 5)}
∴ n(R) = 15
