To plan is to foresee and provide means for the future; To organise means building up a dual structure, material and human of the undertaking. To command means maintaining activity among the personnel. To coordinate means bringing together, unifying and harnessing all activity and effort. To control means seeing that everything occurs in conformity with established rules and expressed command.
