उत्तर

Given: Three fair coins are tossed once. Assume each of the 23 = 8 outcomes is equally likely; the sample space is {HHH, HHT, HTH, THH, HTT, THT, TTH, TTT}.

Exclude the all-heads (HHH) and all-tails (TTT).

Remaining outcomes = 6.

Probability = `6/8`

= `3/4`
