Anant was a 15-year-old. a schoolboy who was exceptionally talented and ambitious. He was the best table tennis player and the fastest runner in his school. A passionate musician, Anant was also learning to play the sitar and astonished everyone, including his guru, when he began composing his own tunes at an early stage of his training. When everything seemed to be just right for him, he was unfortunate. Unfortunately, he was diagnosed with cancer, and the deadly disease was ruthlessly threatening to cut short his promising life abruptly. He was, however, determined to win the battle against the disease and start life afresh. As a music enthusiast and a sitar learner, he had a keen desire. to attend Pandit Ravi Shankar’s concert. Anant’s loving family tried to fulfil all his wishes since they knew that his time with them was limited. This wish, however, was beyond their reach as Anant was physically too weak to move. This saddened them deeply. As a bold solution to their problem, his sister Smita arranged for the dream concert at their Aunt’s residence itself, and Anant was overjoyed to finally witness his dream in reality.
