उत्तर
\[\text{It is given that the sum of two numbers is} \frac{- 4}{3}, \text{where one of the numbers is - 5 .} \]
\[\text{Let the other number be x .} \]
\[ \therefore x + ( - 5) = \frac{- 4}{3}\]
\[ \Rightarrow x = \frac{- 4}{3} - (\frac{- 5}{1})\]
\[ \Rightarrow x = \frac{- 4}{3} - \frac{- 15}{3}\]
\[ \Rightarrow x = \frac{- 4 - ( - 15)}{3}\]
\[ \Rightarrow x = \frac{- 4 + 15}{3} = \frac{11}{3}\]
