Increasing Use of Skin Care Products

The provided bar graph illustrates the upward trend in the usage of skincare products by both men and women over a span of three months. The graph depicts the growth in the percentage of individuals using these products during the given period. As evident from the data, there has been a significant increase in the adoption of skincare products by both genders. This rise may be attributed to various factors, such as growing awareness of skincare benefits, changing societal norms regarding grooming, and increased marketing efforts by the cosmetic industry.

In June, facewash emerged as the most commonly used skincare product for both genders, with men utilizing it 35 times and women 25 times during the month. However, there were notable disparities between the genders in their use of toner and sunscreen. Women incorporated toner into their skincare routine more frequently than men, whereas men were observed to use sunscreen more often compared to women. This data suggests that facewash holds universal appeal, being a preferred choice for both men and women. On the other hand, toner and sunscreen seem to cater to specific gender preferences, with women prioritizing toner and men emphasizing the importance of sunscreen in their skincare regimen.

“It’s hot and steamy in Sierra Leone,” said Mrs. Green. “But the climate does wonders for your libido. I lived with a wonderful black man for several years.”
“What happened to him?” I asked.
“He was killed in a tribal war,” said Mrs. Green without any show of emotion. “It was a long time ago.”
“And that skeleton,” I asked. “What about the skeleton in the cupboard?”

Read the following extract carefully:

How happy that daisy was! No one had the least idea. The bird kissed it with its beak, sang to it and then rose again up to the blue sky. It was certainly more than a quarter of an hour before the daisy recovered its sense. Half‐ashamed, yet glad at heart, it looked over to the other flowers in the garden, surely that had witnessed its pleasure and the honour that had been done to it; they understood its joy. But the tulips stood more stiffly than ever, their faces were pointed and red, because they were vexed. The peonies were sulky; it was well that they could not speak; otherwise they would have given the daisy a good lecture. The little flower could very well see that they were ill at ease and pitied them sincerely.
