उत्तर

We have, length of the wingspan of Albatross = `3 3/5` m

And length of the wingspan of a Sea gull = `1 7/10` m

∴ Difference = `3 3/5 - 1 7/10`

= `18/5 - 17/10`

= `(36 - 17)/10`

= `19/10` m

Hence, the wingspan of an Albatross is `19/10` m longer than the wingspan of a Sea gull.

Add and express the sum as a mixed fraction:

\[\frac{101}{6} \text{and} \frac{7}{8}\]

Simplify each of the following and express the result as a rational number in standard form:

\[\frac{7}{6} \times \frac{- 3}{28}\]

Simplify:

\[\left( \frac{3}{2} \times \frac{1}{6} \right) + \left( \frac{5}{3} \times \frac{7}{2} \right) - \left( \frac{13}{8} \times \frac{4}{3} \right)\]

Divide the sum of \[\frac{65}{12} \text{and}\ \frac{12}{7}\] by their difference.
