उत्तर
Time at a place can be found with the help of longitude by using the concept of time zones. For every 15° of longitude, the time differs by one hour.
Example: If it is 12:00 noon at the Prime Meridian (0° longitude) in Greenwich, London, then for a place at 45° east longitude, it would be 3:00 PM because it is 3 hours ahead. Similarly, for a place at 45° west longitude, it would be 9:00 AM, 3 hours behind Greenwich Mean Time (GMT).
