1. Political parties have a particular stand about social issues which together constitute party ideology. On the basis of party ideology, political parties prepare their party’s agenda. After getting political power, they implement the agenda.
2. The people who consider any specific party ideology as acceptable support that political party. This is called the ‘mass base’ of the political party. If political parties do not get political power, they try to get the support of people on the basis of their agenda.
