When an employee violates corporate policies or performs poorly, they face a permanent dismissal from the payroll. The following reasons may result in an employee’s termination:

  1. The workload does not justify the participants’ ongoing employment.
  2. An employee may be terminated if they intentionally slow down their work or fail to perform the job as required.
  3. An individual forfeits their job rights due to a violation of a fundamental rule concerning worker safety, morale, and discipline.
  4. A wilful disregard for or subordination to any legitimate and reasonable order, rule, or regulation occurs.
  5. Frequent instances of egregious duty neglect, prolonged unapproved absences from work, theft, fraud, or misappropriation of business funds or property, participation in illegal or anti-national actions, etc.
