उत्तर
“Have You Earned Your Tomorrow” by Edgar Guest is an insightful poem. The title alone raises the question of whether we accomplished anything worthwhile today. It exhorts the reader to consider the individuals in their daily lives.
The poem’s obvious message is that a person’s life can only be worthwhile if it benefits mankind as a whole. According to the poet, a person’s conscience must recognise that their existence is legitimate. Otherwise, he or she won’t feel entitled to request an additional day of life.
“Interrogation” is a significant figure of speech. Alliteration and antithesis are also present. Each of the poem’s four stanzas contains four lines. Aabb is the rhyming scheme. The poem has an uplifting tone.
Readers are forced to examine how they live through interrogation. The language is straightforward, upbeat, and straightforward. I think it’s positive poetry. We may take the lesson and start applying it to our daily lives right away.
