Friend 2 : I am knee deep in trouble . Right now we are working on a new project . we have to spend more than ten hours on it . My daughter is very  sick and I has asked my boss for leave . But he has refused . I don't know how to manage . I am so worried .

Friend 1 : I am sorry to hear that . how can your boss be so heartless

It is difficult to tell if Ravi’s boss is right or not as there is no information on how Ravi’s boss is feeling. From Ravi’s perspective it seems that his boss is wrong in not giving him leave. His boss may allow him half a day’s leave so that he can take his daughter to a doctor.

Desirable Qualities in a boss: Trustworthy, problem-solving, ability to take a decision, oratroy skills, meticulous, willing to take a risk.
