1. J. Jayalalithaa: She was an Indian politician and actress who served as Chief minister of Tamil Nadu for more than fourteen years. 

2. Nirmala Sitharaman: She is an Indian economist and politician serving as the 28th Minister of Finance. She previously served as the 28th Defence Minister from 2017 to 2019, thereby becoming India's second female defence minister and the second female finance minister after Indira Gandhi. 

3. Meenakshi Vijaykumar: She is the first Indian Woman fire officer. At Present she is working as the Joint Director, State Training Center, Tambaram, Chennai. She has received The President's Medal for Gallantry in 2013 for saving two lives. 4. Aruna Dhathathreyan: She is a Professor and Emeritus scientist at CSIR- Central Leather Research Institute, Chennai, India. Her fields of work and research include biophysics, biophysical chemistry, and surface sciences.

5. Sarojini Varadappan: She was an Indian social worker from the state of Tamil Nadu. 

6. Kamala Selvaraj: She is an obstetrician and gynecologist from Tamil Nadu, India. She commissioned the first test tube baby of South India in August 1990. She was also awarded the "Best Lady Doctor Award-1993" and "Rajiv Gandhi Memorial National Integration Award-1995".
