Good morning respected teachers and my dear friends. Today, I am going to speak on the topic ‘Health and Diet’.
It is truly said that health is wealth. Without good health, we cannot enjoy life or achieve success. Good health depends on regular exercise and a balanced diet. Exercise keeps our body fit, active and energetic, while a balanced diet provides the nutrients needed for proper growth.
There is a famous saying, “We are what we eat”. Healthy food like fruits, vegetables, whole grains and proteins makes us strong, whereas junk food makes us weak and unhealthy. Drinking enough water and following proper eating habits are also important for maintaining good health.
In today’s busy life, we often ignore our health. Therefore, we must take care of our diet, exercise regularly and avoid unhealthy food. A healthy lifestyle helps us stay active, happy and confident.
