उत्तर
- Waves: Waves are rhythmic movements in water that are represented by the sea surface rising and falling alternately. Winds on the ocean's surface are mostly responsible for creating these shifting, ridge-like curves on the sea surface.
- Tides: Tides are the rise and fall of sea levels caused by the sun's and moon's gravitational pull. The entire water mass, from the sea surface to the bottom, is impacted by tidal currents. Tidal waves are the sea waves caused by tides. High tide water is the term for the high water level that results from the tide, which is the movement of seawater towards the coast. Low tide water is the term used to describe the low water level that results from the fall of seawater and its migration towards the sea, known as ebb.
