उत्तर

The contents of the Fifth and Ninth Schedules of the Constitution of India are as follows:

Fifth Schedule: This schedule covers running and managing Scheduled regions and Tribes in every state except the Sixth Schedule, which covers Northeastern tribal regions. Tribal advisory councils are mentioned. The governor has the power to establish and modify Scheduled Areas. These councils are changing laws to preserve indigenous interests.

Ninth Schedule: The Ninth Schedule contains court-unreviewable rules. The 1951 First Amendment was introduced to protect legislation like land reform from legal challenges on the basis that they violated basic rights. Since the 1973 Keshavananda Bharati case and the 2007 I.R. Coelho ruling, even laws in the Ninth Schedule can be reviewed if they violate the basic structure of the Constitution.
