Dear Rohan,
I read a newspaper clipping about children getting ill from uncontrolled use of mobile phones and video games, so I am writing to warn you.
Do not use the phone for long hours. Finish your homework first and keep screen time to about one hour a day. Do not play games late at night it spoils sleep and harms your eyes. Avoid unknown apps and chatting with strangers. Take a 5–10 minute break every 30–40 minutes, do outdoor play daily and read books too.
Follow these rules, and your health and studies will improve. Tell Mom or me if you have any problems.
