Dear Vaibhavi,
I hope this letter finds you in good health and high spirits. I've been thinking about our recent conversation regarding the challenges you've been facing in English. I completely understand that it can be a tough subject to master, but I believe with the right approach and a little dedication, you can surely improve.
I recently came across a poster by the English Club at our school, and it had some excellent tips on developing writing skills that I thought might be helpful to you. For starters, try reading prose and poetry aloud. It really helps in understanding sentence structure and rhythm. Also, reading newspapers and storybooks can significantly enrich your vocabulary.
It's also recommended to engage in simple English conversations with friends and teachers. This practice builds confidence and helps to think in English, which is vital for fluency. Always keep a notebook handy to jot down new words and look them up in the dictionary; it's a great way to expand your word bank.
Expressing your thoughts and feelings in writing can also be incredibly beneficial. Try keeping a daily journal. Besides these points, I'd suggest watching English movies or shows with subtitles.
