These are colloids in which large-sized molecules (macromolecules) themselves act as dispersed phase particles and are naturally of colloidal size.

For example, starch, cellulose, and proteins in water create colloids made of macromolecules. Polymers like nylon, polythene, and synthetic rubber also form such colloids.
