A bacterial cell is a prokaryotic cell that contains a poorly defined region called the nucleoid. All the membrane-bound cell organelles are absent in a bacterial cell.
An onion peel cell is a eukaryotic plant cell that contains a well-defined nucleus and all the membrane-bound cell organelles such as mitochondria, ER, etc.
