'How can students keep fit and healthy?'

Good health plays an important role in the life of a student. Students should not neglect their health. Good health is essential for good performance in studies as well. Health should always be on priority. It is the utmost important thing that students should remain healthy for their bright future and moreover to perform nicely in their examinations.

Students should always eat breakfast, never skip meals and snacks regularly to avoid hunger. Students should be able to balance their meals by ensuring the proper amounts of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, dairy, and proteins while leaving sugary and fatty foods by the wayside.

Keeping your body healthy and in shape is important. Therefore, exercise daily. Walk to your classes, take a class that involves physical fitness, or checks out the student facilities your campus offers for students to utilize. It is really important to have enough sleep and a good amount of sleep. It is really important to wash your hands before and after meals.

Always drink a lot of water. Staying hydrated will give you more energy throughout the day, reinvigorates your body, stops you from overeating, and aids in concentration.
