उत्तर

Here let,

Number of adult tickets = x

Number of student tickets = y

We are given:

Total tickets:

x + y = 210     ...(1)

Total money collected:

25x + 15y = 4300     ...(2)

From the first equation:

y = 210 − x

Substitute into the second equation:

25x + 15(210 − x) = 4300

25x + 3150 − 15x = 4300

25x − 15x = 4300 − 3150

10x = 1150

x = `1150/10`

∴ x = 115

Substitute x = 115 into y = 210 − x:

y = 210 − 115

∴ y = 95

Hence, the number of Adult tickets sold is 115, and the number of Student tickets sold is 95.
