The area of a rectangle with length l and breadth b = l x b
The perimeter of a rectangle with length l and breadth b = P = 2(l + b)
∴ For a rectangle with length 12cm and breadth 9cm
P = 2(12 + 9)
= 2(21)
= 42cm;A
= 12 x 9
= 108cm².
