उत्तर

The half-life (t112) of a reaction is related to the initial concentration of the reactant as

`t_(1//2) prop 1/([A]_0^(n - 1))`

Where, [A]0 is the initial concentration of the reactant and n is the order of reaction.

The half-life of a reaction at two distinct beginning concentrations are evaluated in order to ascertain the reactions sequence. Assume that the half-life of a reaction at beginning concentration [A]0 is t1/2, and in the case of the identical reaction at initial concentration [A]0, t1/2 is the half-life.

Thus we have

`t_(1//2) prop 1/([A]_0^(n - 1))`
