2. Physical education develops important qualities of head and heart, such as discipline, confidence, leadership, tolerance, cooperation and respect. It teaches a person to value effort and to manage both victory and defeat. Sports also provide opportunities for social and cultural interaction and develop a positive attitude towards work, people and life.
3. Thus, physical education brings harmony between muscle and mind and ensures the integrated development of an individual. Therefore, it can rightly be considered a perfect education.
