Air pollution:

Mixing of products (elements) from natural sources and man made sources to air, to make it unclean is called air pollution.

The various sources of air pollution are:

Natural Sources Pollutant Released
(i) Decay of animal and vegetable matter H2S, SO2 
(ii) Volcanic eruption CO, SO2, H2
(iii) Lightning discharge Oxides of nitrogen
Man made sourses Pollutants released
(i) Burning of fuels CO, CO2, SO2
(ii) Chemical industries SO2, SO3, NO, NO2, CO, H2
(iii) Iron and steel industries CO2, CO, SO2
