  4. Depersonalization and Derealization: The person may feel detached from their body (depersonalization) or feel the world around them is unreal (derealization).
  5. Loss of Time: The person may find themselves in places or situations they don’t remember entering, or be told they did things they can’t recall.
  6. Anxiety and Depression: Common alongside identity shifts.
