उत्तर
- In any society, a group of people belonging to a particular religion, language, or race who are in the minority is termed a minority. India, being a culturally diverse country with various religions, sects, and languages, reflects a wide range of cultural traditions. To preserve these cultural identities and promote their development, the Constitution provides minorities with specific educational and cultural rights.
- Article 29 protects the rights of any section of citizens to conserve their distinct language, script, or culture. Article 30 grants minorities the right to establish and administer their educational institutions. These provisions ensure that minorities can protect their language, culture, and traditions while having equal access to education without discrimination by the state.
