उत्तर
The Right against Exploitation is guaranteed under Articles 23 and 24 of the Indian Constitution. It aims to protect individuals, especially the vulnerable and underprivileged, from various forms of exploitation.
Article 23 prohibits human trafficking, forced labour, and begging (unpaid, compulsory labour). It applies to both the state and private individuals.
Article 24 bans the employment of children below the age of 14 years in factories, mines, or any other hazardous work.
This right ensures human dignity, protects labour rights, and promotes the welfare of weaker sections by prohibiting exploitative practices in society.
