A ball that touches a boundary line is considered “good” (in).
Therefore, the referee should award the rally to Team A. Under modern rally scoring that means Team A receives a point; under the old side‑out system Team A wins the rally and (at least) gains/keeps the right to serve. If a line judge signalled the call, the officials’ decision stands unless the referee is certain it was clearly wrong.
