Basis Nominal Capital Paid-up Capital
Meaning It is the maximum amount of capital a company is authorised to raise by issuing shares. It is the actual amount of money received by the company from shareholders for shares issued and allotted.
Also called Authorised Capital Contributed Capital
Shown in Mentioned in the Capital Clause of the Memorandum of Association Shown in the Balance Sheet under Share Capital
