One controversy I got involved in was during a group project at school. Some members felt that the work had not been divided equally, while others thought everyone had contributed enough. This led to an argument among us.

We finally discussed the matter calmly and redistributed the remaining work fairly. The experience taught me that misunderstandings can be solved through clear communication, patience and cooperation.
