उत्तर

Basis of Difference Weight on Rear Leg Weight Near the Middle Weight on Forward Leg
Ball movement The ball tended to travel with less forward force if I did not shift my weight during the shot. The ball travelled steadily and predictably. Transferring weight forward helped drive the ball faster and farther.
Power Usually lower unless I shifted my weight forward as I struck. Moderate and balanced. Greater power when the transfer was controlled.
Control Could be harder to control if I leaned back. Generally gave the best balance and control. Good when balanced, but leaning too far forward made control difficult.
Accuracy The shot could be less consistent if my balance was poor. Usually the most accurate position for a controlled shot. Accuracy improved with a smooth transfer, but could suffer if I overreached.
