Threats due to globalisation:

1. Capital, technology, and managerial skills are all moving quickly as a result of globalisation. It puts a lot of pressure on the structure to change.
2. The massive shift of political and economic power brought about by globalisation may have serious destabilising consequences.
3. The process of globalisation calls into question long-held beliefs, such as the idea that technological advancements and increased productivity will result in more jobs and higher earnings.
4. Globalised economies suffer more harm when there is a decline in global economic activity.
5. Other significant barriers to Indian industry’s globalisation include regional trading blocs and other types of international protectionism, infrastructure bottlenecks, resource shortages, policy and procedural issues, high domestic costs, a lack of R & D and marketing research, and inexperience running a business overseas.
