उत्तर
Explanation:
- Rest: An object is said to be at rest if it does not change its position relative to the observer.
- Motion: An object is in motion if it changes its position relative to the observer.
Example:
A person sitting inside a moving train:
At rest with respect to other passengers and the train because their relative position does not change. In motion with respect to an observer standing outside the train because their position changes relative to the surroundings outside the train.
