Communication services can be classified into two categories—personal communication and mass communication.
Personal communication: It refers to communication between two or more people or among groups of people. Personal communication may take place through various means
such as mobile, letters and social networking sites.
Mass Communication: Mass communication is a means to provide people with information on current affairs, to create awareness among them and to entertain them. Some means of mass communication are radio, television, newspapers, magazines, books and films.
