उत्तर

The British Constitution is an unwritten constitution that is based on numerous conventions, several laws established by the British Parliament, and certain notable historic charters. Conventions make up the majority of the constitution. The Speaker of the House of Commons, the British Prime Minister's office, the British Cabinet, and really every other British office and institution rely heavily on a number of customs. It is customary for British speakers to be neutral. Once more, it is customary for the British King or Queen to follow the Prime Minister's and his Cabinet's recommendations. It is customary for the British Parliament to read a measure three times before it is passed. Conventions are the foundation upon which the British Prime Minister's office operates. Conventions actually have a deterministic effect on how the British political system functions.
