M11 = `|(0, -2),(0, 3)|` = 0 − 0 = 0
∴ C11 = (– 1)1+1 M11 = 1(0) = 0
M12 = `|(3, -2),(1, 3)|` = 9 + 2 = 11
∴ C12 = (– 1)1+2 M12 = (– 1)(11) = −11
