Dear Sir/Madam,

We acknowledge receipt of your consignment of 1,000 bed-sheets against our order dated 10th April 2025. However, we regret to inform you that a portion of the consignment does not meet our specifications.

Upon inspection, we found the following issues:

• 200 bed-sheets are of a different colour than the one we had ordered.
• 60 bed-sheets have defective weaving, making them unsellable.

This is causing inconvenience to our sales and reputation, as we were expecting delivery as per the agreed-upon quality and colour specifications. We kindly ask that you either replace the defective items promptly or inform us of the steps you plan to take to resolve the issue.
