A job psychograph is a visual or graphic representation of the ideal psychological and ability requirements for a particular job. It shows the levels of various traits, skills, and abilities needed for successful performance in that role. By comparing an individual’s test results with the job psychograph, counsellors can determine how well the person fits the job’s demands.
