उत्तर

\[\ce{NaCl + H2SO4 ->[<200^\circ C] NaHSO4 + HCl ^}\]

Although it is a reversible reaction, it goes to completion as hydrogen chloride continuously escapes as a gas. The reaction proceeds until sodium sulphate forms when heated above 200°C.

\[\ce{NaHSO4 + NaCl ->[above 200^\circ C] Na2SO4 + HCl ^}\]
