⇒ y = 4x ---(1)
Also, sum of the digits and the number is 92.
⇒ x + y + (10y + x) = 92
⇒ 11y + 2x = 92----(2)
Solving (1) and (2), we get:
11 x 4x + 2x = 92
46x = 92
⇒ x = 2
So, y = 8
Then, the two-digit number is 10 x 8 + 2 = 82..
