89 ≡ (x + 3) (mod 4)
89 – (x + 3) = 4n for some integer n.
86 – x = 4n
86 – x is a multiple of 4.
∴ The least value of x must be 2 then 86 – 2 = 84.
84 is a multiple of 4.
∴ x value must be 2.
