\[ = (2x - \frac{1}{5}) + \frac{\frac{47}{5}}{5x - 3}\]
\[\text{Therefore,} \]
\[\text{quotient }= 2x - \frac{1}{5} \text{and remainder} = \frac{47}{5} . \]
