Suppose that the greatest height is x m.
From the figure
`x/(100)` = sin 60° ...`[because "Perp."/"Hypot." = "sin"]`
`x/(100) = sqrt(3)/(2)`
x = 86.6 m
Therefore the greatest height reached by the kite is 86.6 m.
