उत्तर

Let the marked price be Rs. x
C.P. of the computer set  = Rs.20000
Profit%
= `"profit"/"C.P." xx 100`
⇒ 25 = `"profit"/(20000) xx 100`
⇒ profit = Rs.5000
So, S.P.
= C.P. + Profit
= Rs.20000 + Rs.5000
= Rs.25000
Given that a discount of 5% is given on the M.P.
So, S.P.
= Rs. x - 5% of the M.P.
⇒ Rs.25000 = `x - (5)/(100) xx x`
⇒ Rs.25000 = `(95x)/(100)`
⇒ x = Rs.26315.79 approx
Hence, the price that should be marked is approximately Rs.26315.79.
