Shikshan and Krushi Vikas Pratishthan's Sahyadri College of Pharmacy

The “Trust” named Shikshan & Krushi Vikas Pratishthan, is registered as a charitable trust. The members of the trust have decided to end the differences in the society by spreading education and have a first hand experience in the pains and banes of the society health wise, education wise and economic wise. They have strived individually and have met with great success in alleviating the pains of the society. All of them joined and started the trust as a charitable organization running several programs viz. educational institutions, and providing education and jobs to the downtrodden and to the needy people.

The main activities of the trust are spreading education in every strata of the society, to provide basic amenities and necessities like health care and education. This being fulfilled the evils of the society will be perished.

The promoting body has number of academic, social & industrial activities. with respect to academics the organization has several primary, secondary & higher schools in English & Marathi medium. The marathi medium schools are aided by state govt. of Maharashtra. The technical education is one of the areas where organization has looked into positively for providing excellence in education by running the courses for students.

The Sahyadri College of Pharmacy, Methwade was established in year 2005. Which opened new option for the students interested in purseing B. Pharm from Solapur district & nearby localities. The organization is involved in number of social activities, like keeping the vision of having the 100% literacy programme in nearby area of Sangola town by promoting education in rural area.

Organization is engaged in charitable work in regard to orphans, widows, economical backward people development. organization work also in close association with NGO’s engaging in carrying out health camp, blood donation camp, health rally by the students & many more with respect to industrial activities institute has a good relation with pharmaceutical industry located in Solapur district and other region.
