Solution
The ideal gas equation is written as
PV = nRT …(1)
On rearranging equation (1), we get,
∴ `"PV"/"T"` = nR = constant
∴ `("P"_1"V"_1)/"T"_1=("P"_2"V"_2)/"T"_2` ........(2)
The ideal gas equation used in this form is called combined gas law.
