Solution

Indian Constitution has established a single integrated judiciary in which the District Courts, High Courts and Supreme Courts are present in a hierarchical structure and integrated to each other. If people are not satisfied with the decision of the lower courts they can move to the higher courts and then finally to the Supreme Court whose decisions are binding justifications for all courts.
